He came the very next day and spent a.great deal of time studying my system and taking careful notes of several issues. He sent me 2 proposals...one to repair the broken pipes..heads...etc...and the other with recommendations for drip lines in the planters for better coverage with much less water. They arrived on time with a crew, a giant truck, and all equipment needed to remove the tops of bamboo and the very aggressive root balls.
